At Kappa, we stand by the quality of our sportswear; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all technical tags still attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in the portal to ensure faster processing at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the gear, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
